CALARCÁ

Calarcá is a 5 piece London-based Salsa/Afro Cuban band consisting of musicians from around the globe, capturing the rootsy sound of salsa with a true world music feeling.

With its contagious and spontaneous rhythms they are ideal for festival situations.

Their repertoire is made up of Son , Salsa and Cumbia tunes from the fifties up to the nineties and the instrumentation of the band is a reflection on the "Son group" from Cuba back in the 1950's.
